Simple & Smart Combo Bundle

I purchased a new home and it had Deako switches installed. Before my closing, I had the option for selecting various packages but I wasn't sure what I'd actually need or want. After I closed, I found this bundle and it was the perfect mix for me. I wanted to have a couple of outdoor lights automated, but really wanted simple dimmers in other areas of the house. This package was the perfect blend of automation and customization. It was also super simple to install, and the best part is I can change it later on if I need to!

Simple & Smart Combo Bundle

The single pole items work fine, but I noticed when replacing a standard switch, the lumen output seemed to drop just slightly. Smart switches work fine. Smart dimmers are another story.

Simple & Smart Combo Bundle

Costs are a bit extreme given the level of technology involved. I'll continue to leverage other vendor solutions where possible and only acquire Deako where I have no other option. I do hope this becomes the wallplate standard and other vendors join in to make the market more competitive.

Can I replace my existing switches with Deako?
Yes, Deako switches will fit in your current switch's junction box.
All switches are made for use in the US and Canada, conforming to a standardized height and width. Deako switches can even fit in tight spots where junction boxes may be only 2" deep.
Can I adjust the dimming range (trim) of the Simple Dimmer?
You can! Check out our handy dandy support article for instrutctons.
Can I use the Simple Dimmer in a multiway?
Yes, the Simple Dimmer can be used in a multiway. Only 1 Simple Dimmer can be used per multiway, 3-way & 4-way Simple Rocker Switches are required.
Where can I view the setup instructions for the smart switch?
You can download a PDF of the instructional booklet here.
Is there a distance limit between smart switches?
Deako uses Bluetooth Mesh, a leading technology that enables us to get maximum wireless coverage within the home. Deako gets about 40 ft range between each obstructed switch, and each switch repeats the wireless signal so it becomes stronger as more switches are added. Construction materials such as metal can interfere with wireless signals, however in most residential applications this is not a problem for Deako's implementation.
Can I control all of the lights in my house with one Deako switch?
With Deako, you can control each set of lights that are wired to a Deako smart product.
To control all the lights in your house, install a Deako smart device in each of your switch locations. Then, create a scene to control all of the lights from one switch. Learn more about scenes here.
